The Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Gjergj Lezhja is in possession of a copy of video footage of 21 January, which were deleted out of the central server at the Prime Minister’s office right after the government ordered massacre in the boulevard.
Although Lezhja claims that the cameras at the Prime Minister’s office compound did not work since 2009, the prosecution is convinced that the Secretary General at the PM office has conducted the group to erase the footage keeping a copy of it for him.
